In our cohort we found that changes in fluid management through the use of bioimpedance and changes in the treatment for myeloma may have contributed to an increase in the rate of renal recovery after becoming established on haemodialysis. Has anyone else had any similar experiences? Have you noticed changes in your own practice that may have caused a similar effect?
